By partnering with Perfect Technology Center (PTC) based in Red Oak, Texas, Stiles now offers a low cost solution for computer-controlled water jet cutting machines. PTC manufactures high performance, all stainless steel water jet cutting systems that employ a linear drive technology to achieve cutting speeds of 4000 to 5000 inches per minute in pure water applications such as cutting gaskets, foam, and rubber products. These high cutting speeds enable the PTC water jet cutting machines to be two to three times more productive than competitive machines currently in the marketplace. Now available from Stiles, PTC water jet cutting solutions are supported with advanced equipment integration, experienced manufacturing consulting as well as superior service and support.
